Responsibilities

- Collaborate with clients to understand their strategic objectives, operational challenges, and growth opportunities through comprehensive research and analysis.
- Conduct detailed business analysis to identify inefficiencies, bottlenecks, and areas for process improvement.
- Develop tailored management consulting solutions that align with client goals, including change management strategies to facilitate smooth transitions.
- Lead project management efforts by planning, executing, and monitoring initiatives from inception to completion while ensuring timely delivery and quality standards.
- Support business development activities by preparing proposals, presenting recommendations, and building strong relationships with prospective clients.




- Facilitate workshops and stakeholder engagements to foster collaboration, gather feedback, and promote buy-in for proposed changes.
- Continuously evaluate project outcomes and recommend further enhancements to maximize efficiency and effectiveness.

Experience

- Proven experience in business development, business analysis, or management consulting with a track record of delivering successful projects.
- Strong expertise in change management principles and project management methodologies such as Agile or Waterfall.
- Demonstrated ability to analyze complex data sets, synthesize insights, and communicate findings clearly to diverse audiences.
- Familiarity with process improvement techniques like Lean or Six Sigma is highly desirable.
- Excellent research skills combined with a proactive approach to problem-solving and innovation.
- Prior experience working across multiple industries or organizational functions is a plus.
