Under the direction and supervision of the Team Manager, Group Contracts, the Contract Administrator is responsible for the accurate and timely generation of new group contracts and existing contract amendments. Prepare new enrollment contracts and booklets for group sales utilizing internal contract development system according to submitted applications. Prepare and issue contract amendments and booklets for existing clients based on submitted revision applications.
Maintain on-line contract and booklet files to ensure accurate and accessible records. Identify and recommend process improvements to enhance efficiency and service through collaboration with internal staff and other departments.
Demonstrated commitment to excellent customer service.
Demonstrated planning and organizational skills. Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft office products.
