主要⼯作职责 / KEY RESPONSIBILITIES - 根据⽣产及餐单要求准备、烹调及分配餐⻝ Prepare, cook, and portion meals according to production sheets and menus
- 根据安排准备治疗餐及其他菜单选择 Prepare therapeutic diets and other menu options as scheduled
- 按照标准⻝谱及适当的烹调⽅式完成⻝品制作 Prepare food following standardized recipes and proper cooking methods
- 协助菜单规划及⻝谱开发 Assist with menu planning and recipe development
- 协助⻝品及⽤品的订购、接收、储存和库存管理 Assist with ordering, receiving, storing, and managing food and supply inventory
- 确保⻝物温度及份量符合要求 Ensure food is served at the correct temperature and portion size
- 正确储存并标记⻝品及⻝品样本 Properly store and label food items and food samples
- 保持厨房设备、操作台⾯及器具的清洁和消毒 Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of kitchen equipment, work surfaces, and utensils
- 报告安全隐患及设备问题 Report safety hazards and equipment issues
- 根据⼯作需要指导或监督协助⻝品准备的 Food Service Workers Direct or supervise Food Service Workers assisting with food preparation as needed
