About the Role

We are looking for a highly skilled Core Java Developer with strong expertise in Artificial Intelligence (AI) to join our engineering team. The ideal candidate will combine deep Java programming knowledge with hands-on experience in AI/ML frameworks and data-driven applications, building scalable and intelligent solutions for enterprise-grade systems.

Key Responsibilities

- Design, develop, and maintain Core Java applications with integrated AI/ML components.
- Collaborate with data scientists and architects to build and optimize AI-driven solutions.
- Implement scalable algorithms, models, and data pipelines for real-time decisioning.
- Ensure system performance, security, and scalability across distributed environments.
- Write clean, testable, and maintainable code while adhering to best practices.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver end-to-end solutions.





Required Skills & Qualifications

- 6+ years of skilled software development experience, with strong focus on Core Java.
- Solid experience with AI/ML frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, or similar).
- Strong understanding of data structures, algorithms, and multithreading.
- Hands-on experience integrating AI models into production systems.
- Knowledge of REST APIs, microservices, and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
- Strong experience with databases (SQL/NoSQL) and distributed systems.
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and teamwork skills.

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience in GenAI / LLM integration into enterprise applications.
- Exposure to big data platforms (Spark, Hadoop, Kafka).
- Background in computer vision, NLP, or recommendation systems.
