In this role, you will ensure timely processing of orders while maintaining a well-organized workspace. Your experience in customer service or sales, along with product knowledge, is vital to thrive. Key Responsibilities:
- Pick and prepare orders for counter customers
- Provide accurate product knowledge and assistance
- Address customer inquiries in person, by phone, or email
- Check stock levels and ensure order accuracy
- Assist in warehouse operations when needed Requirements:
- Technical sales or customer service experience required
- Forklift/Cherry Picker experience preferred
- Local HVAC and Plumbing knowledge is advantageous
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and keen on learning AS400
