Court Monitor – Key Responsibilities

As a Court Monitor at Funpark, you will be responsible for creating a safe, fun, and welcoming environment for all guests. Your main responsibilities will include:

- Actively monitor trampoline courts, play areas, and other assigned attractions to ensure guest safety.
- Enforce Funpark safety rules and procedures consistently and professionally.
- Explain attraction rules and proper use of equipment to guests before and during participation.
- Remain attentive and present in your assigned area at all times.
- Identify unsafe behaviour and take immediate action to prevent accidents or injuries.
- Assist guests when needed and provide friendly, qualified customer service.
- Respond appropriately to incidents, injuries, or emergencies and immediately notify a supervisor or manager.
- Help maintain clean, organized, and safe courts and attraction areas.
- Complete regular safety checks and report damaged equipment, hazards, or maintenance concerns to management.
- Monitor guest wristbands and ensure guests are using the appropriate attractions.




- Help manage guest flow during busy periods and ensure capacity and safety requirements are followed.
- Communicate professionally with children, parents, coworkers, supervisors, and other guests.
- Support birthday parties, group events, and other facility activities when required.
- Assist with general cleaning and facility duties as assigned.
- Follow all Funpark policies, safety procedures, and management instructions.
- Perform other related duties as assigned by the supervisor or manager.

Pay: $15.00-$17.00 per hour
