Our client is looking for a CRM Graphic Designer to create engaging, conversion-focused creative assets across email, SMS, and lifecycle marketing campaigns. This role will partner closely with CRM, Marketing, and Brand teams to design customer communications that drive engagement, retention, and revenue.

Responsibilities - Design visually compelling email, CRM, and digital marketing assets aligned with brand guidelines.

- Collaborate with CRM and Marketing teams to develop creative concepts for customer journeys and campaigns.
- Optimize designs for desktop and mobile experiences.
- Create and adapt templates, banners, graphics, and promotional content.
- Support A/B testing initiatives by developing multiple creative variations.
- Ensure all creative assets are delivered accurately and on schedule.





Qualifications - 3+ years of graphic design experience, preferably supporting CRM or digital marketing teams.

- Solid portfolio showcasing email, lifecycle marketing, or digital campaign design.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Figma, or similar tools).
- Understanding of email design best practices and responsive design principles.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
- Nice to Have: Experience with CRM platforms such as Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Braze, Klaviyo, or HubSpot.
- Basic HTML/CSS knowledge for email design.
