- Engage Elders, Knowledge Keepers, artists, and partners.
- Support cultural safety training for staff.
- Evaluate participation, outcomes, and community impact. Prerequisites - Grade 12 diploma (Regular, Adult 12, or GED).
- Postsecondary education in Indigenous Studies, Social Work, Arts Management, or related field.
