Reporting to the Team Lead in Sales Finance, the Deductions Specialist plays a critical role in managing customer deductions from initiation to resolution.

The ideal candidate will possess solid analytical skills and a keen understanding of finance processes. This position requires collaboration with various stakeholders, including the Sales Team, to track and ensure proper coding of deductions. Key Responsibilities:

- Coordinate end-to-end deduction processes with stakeholders
- Maintain customer relationships for information gathering
- Collaborate with Sales and Finance for coding accuracy
- Analyze open deductions weekly and propose resolutions
- Ensure compliance with relevant policies and procedures

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree preferred
- 1-3 years deduction resolution experience in CPG
- Strong analytical and communication skills
- Proficient in Excel;

experience with SAP an asset

- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks
