National Fittings Canada is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Part-time Order Entry / Customer Service Clerk to assist with entering and processing customer orders in Sage.

This position is ideal for someone who is comfortable working independently, learns quickly, and takes pride in accurate and efficient work. There is potential for this opportunity to develop into a full-time position in the future.

Responsibilities

- Enter customer sales orders accurately and efficiently into Sage 300
- Verify customer, item, quantity, pricing and shipping information
- Maintain accurate order records and supporting documentation
- Use Excel for order-related information, tracking and basic data manipulation
- Respond to incoming Customer Inquiries
- Posting of Deposits
- Assist with other administrative and order-processing duties as required

Qualifications
- Previous Sage experience, preferably including Order Entry
- Previous order-entry, customer service or administrative experience
- Strong working knowledge of Excel
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy




- Strong computer and keyboarding skills
- Ability to learn new procedures and systems quickly
- Highly organized and able to manage priorities
- Comfortable working independently with minimal supervision
- Reliable and able to meet deadlines
- Solid written communication skills

Experience working with product SKUs, customer purchase orders, inventory or distribution would be considered an asset.

Position Details

- $22–$25 per hour, depending on experience
