As a Junior Data Centre Technician, reporting to the Manager of Infrastructure & Data Centre Operations, you’ll be integral to the daily maintenance and operations at the ThinkOn Ottawa Data Centre.

Key responsibilities include physical installations, remote hands activities, inventory tracking, and coordination with various teams, customers, and vendors. Key Responsibilities:

- Support daily operations of the Ottawa Data Centre
- Install and remove IT equipment safely and efficiently
- Manage asset inventory and coordinate updates




- Perform basic troubleshooting on IT equipment
- Maintain professional cabling standards and installations Requirements:
- 1-2 years of experience in Data Centre operations
- College Diploma or Bachelor’s in Computer Science preferred
- Technical knowledge of HVAC and electrical systems
- Explicit communication skills, both written and verbal
