Title: Delivery Lead

Location: Toronto, ON Hybrid - (3 days work from office)

Duration: 6 Months

Pay Range: $60 INC

Experience Required: 10 & Above & Scrum Master

Responsibilities

- Creating and maintaining project timelines
- Identifying and managing risks
- Managing the scope of work to be done within the available time frame
- Monitoring progress against project goals
- Leading the sprint ceremonies, such as the daily scrum, sprint retrospectives
- Removing conflicts and impediments to success
- Working with the product owner to define the work to be done and keeping the scrum team focused on delivering the sprint goals
- Communication within and outside of the scrum team

Essential Skills

- 10+ years of total IT experiences as execute project with 3-4 years of Agile project execution in Scrum and Kanban methodology
- Should have end to end project delivery experience including project,



budget and release planning, managing risk and dependencies etc.
- Solid written and spoken communication skills with leadership skills
- Hosting of daily stand-up meetings and facilitate other agile ceremonies like sprint end demo, retrospect, refinement meeting
- Coach team members on Agile processes, etc.
- Experience in delivering complex transformation project based on legacy technology including CRM systems, Integration, Salesforce/ JEE based Web application, etc.
- Strong written and spoken communication skills with leadership skills.
- Self-organizing, collaborating, reaching out to leadership and able to document as required
- Team player
- Wealth management domain experience
- Experience in writing user stories.
