The team at Appletree Dental for Kids (Willowdale) located in North York, Ontario are looking for a passionate, hard-working Dental Receptionist on afull-timebasis.

The ideal Dental Receptionistfor our team enjoys working collaboratively with others and behind the scenes to organize, implement systems and structure and ensure the practice runs efficiently.

Working at Appletree Dental for Kids, you will experience a team-oriented workplace as it is a massive part of who we are

SCHEDULE:

- 40 hours per week
- 5 Days of the week
- Temporary contract start and end months (September 2026 - September 2027. Potential for renewal annually)

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:

- No experience necessary!
- 1 year of experience is preferred as a Dental Administrator/Administrative Assistant
- Completion of a Dental Administration Program/Certificate is considered an asset
- Experience with dental practice management software such as Open Dental is considered an asset
- Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively with patients and families
