Women’s Association seeks a coordinator to oversee the Breaking Free from Family Violence program. This full time role targets candidates with a degree in Social Sciences or related fields and at least three years of relevant community service experience. You will ensure that support workers deliver high-quality services to Indigenous women facing violence and child welfare issues while cultivating essential program standards. Key Responsibilities:

- Coordinate and build capacity for service delivery across the province
- Support Breaking Free from Family Violence Support Workers in program implementation




- Assess community needs and tailor services accordingly
- Facilitate workshops and resource development for staff
- Establish and maintain relationships with service agencies Requirements:
- Post-secondary degree in relevant field or equivalent experience
- Minimum three years' experience in project coordination
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Knowledge of Child Welfare Systems affecting Indigenous populations
