L’opportunité : Développeur·euse en intelligence artificielle Concevoir et livrer des fonctionnalités en production, autant côté frontend que backend Développer des composantes d’interface pour le tableau de bord des opérateurs (Next.js, React, TypeScript) Concevoir et implanter des API et la logique backend (Bun/Elysia, PostgreSQL) Rédiger et maintenir des tests pour les flux critiques Créer des vues analytiques pour les tendances d’appels, les approbations et les indicateurs de performance Soutenir les opérations en production durant le projet pilote en entreprise Améliorer la fiabilité, l’observabilité et la performance du système Travailler étroitement avec des ingénieur·e·s senior sur l’architecture et les décisions techniques 2+ années d’expérience professionnelle en développement logiciel, ou expérience équivalente sur des projets à fort impact ~ Excellente maîtrise de JavaScript et TypeScript ~ Expérience concrète avec React et/ou Next.js ~ Bonne compréhension des API REST et des bases de données relationnelles ~ Expérience avec des assistants de codage IA (Cursor, Copilot, Claude, ChatGPT) dans votre flux de travail quotidien ~ Expérience avec PostgreSQL ou d’autres bases de données relationnelles Connaissance de Tailwind CSS ou de bibliothèques de composantes Contributions open source ou projets personnels à partager Culture axée sur l’apprentissage : collaboration avec des ingénieur·e·s senior utilisant des méthodes modernes et natives en IA Offre compétitive : rémunération,

AI Developer We are looking for an AI-native Developer to join Fluent and take end-to-end ownership of one AI product . You will work on a production system used by real customers, building and shipping features, contributing to architectural decisions, and helping scale the platform in a live environment. This is a high-impact role with meaningful ownership from Day 1,



offering the chance to go deep on a single product while being part of a broader AI-first organization.

Build and ship production features across the frontend and backend js, React, TypeScript) Design and implement API endpoints and backend logic (Bun/Elysia, PostgreSQL) Integrate with external enterprise APIs and internal AI services Write and maintain tests for critical workflows Create analytics views for call patterns, approvals and performance metrics Monitor, debug, and resolve issues in a real-time AI system Improve system reliability, observability and performance Work closely with senior engineers on architecture and technical decisions Document systems and features to support long-term maintainability 2+ years of skilled software development experience, or equivalent high-impact project experience ~ Strong working knowledge of JavaScript and TypeScript ~ Hands-on experience with React and/or Next.js ~ Solid understanding of REST APIs and relational databases ~ Experience using AI coding assistants (Cursor, Copilot, Claude, ChatGPT) as part of your daily workflow ~ Comfortable owning features end-to-end, from requirements through deployment Experience with PostgreSQL or other relational databases Familiarity with Tailwind CSS or component libraries Exposure to voice AI, conversational AI, or real-time systems Open-source contributions or side projects you can share Serious Career Growth: Exposure to enterprise systems, scaling products, and AI-driven platforms Learning-Driven Culture: Work alongside senior engineers using modern, AI-native workflows Competitive Offer: Compensation, health, dental, vision, PTO, and more Help us scale an AI-powered enterprise platform—without losing the speed and ownership of a startup environment.
