Intermediate DevOps Cloud Developer

Responsibilities

- Participate in design and strategy discussions.
- Document system configurations, standards and operational procedures.
- Create and implement custom tools as required for integration.
- Troubleshoot any integration / onboarding issues and arrive at a problem resolution.
- Escalate and work with vendor support team as necessary.
- Work across different internal groups, vendors, clients, security & engineering groups and many technologies.
- Analyze existing workflows and processes and make recommendations for improvement.

Required skills

- Must have (at least 3 years) hands on experience with Java and Python development, testing.
- Experience with Java Spring framework. (at least 3 years)
- Experience with Application servers, like Tomcat and Jetty. (at least 3 years)
- Experience with versioning systems such as Git. (at least 3 years)
- Ability to develop applications and tools to support infrastructure integration and monitoring.
- Understanding of security and internet technologies (Digital certificates, authentication, authorization)
- Good written and verbal communication in English
- Experience with Agile delivery methodology (at least 1 year)




- Experience with one or more cloud platforms (O365, Amazon Web Services, Microsoft Azure, Google Web Services, Box, Alfresco Online, etc) (at least 1 year)

Desired skills

- Solid understanding of one or more Enterprise Content Management Software
- Experienced with Linux shell scripts
- Linux system experience and troubleshooting
- Experienced with SQL
- Understanding of network infrastructure layers, some well-known protocols.
- Experience with Continuous Integration (CI) / Continuous Delivery (CD) pipeline.
- Experience with modern authentication mechanisms such as OAUTH, SAML.

Brokerage's Enterprise Application Content Solutions (EACS) squad is responsible for the assessments, design, deployment, implementation and management of an Enterprise Content Management (ECM) product, Alfresco.

We are looking for a DevOps specialist to work on roadmap tasks such as onboarding new version to our Software as a Service (SaaS), infrastructure deployment from config as a code.

The Brokerage EACS squad owns internally used Alfresco SaaS instances. We are looking for a highly motivated DevOps to be part of our squad. The squad member will be responsible for software development and maintenance of infrastructure tooling related to the ECM product.
