Responsibilities

Lead and manage enterprise‑scale implementations of Oracle EPM Planning (Planning and/or ePBCS). Oversee estimation and implementation planning, provide functional application expertise, and deliver on project objectives. Drive delivery and support business pursuits. Communicate effectively—oral and written—to build trust with senior client executives. Manage multiple projects of varying scale and duration. Provide training and professional development to Huron staff. Travel up to 50 % of the time, as required, to work with clients or internal project teams.

Qualifications

- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a field related to this position or equivalent work experience.
- 8–10 years of experience in a consulting or advisory role focused on enterprise‑scale platform implementations, specifically full lifecycle implementation with cloud‑based Oracle EPM Planning (Planning and/or ePBCS).
- Experience with estimating, implementation planning, functional application expertise, and project management.
- Drive delivery and assist with pursuits.
- Excellent communication skills—oral and written—and the interpersonal skills needed to quickly establish relationships of trust and collaboration.
- Ability to establish credibility in the eyes of senior‑level, financially literate client executives on the basis of expertise, maturity, and professionalism.
- Proven thought leadership as indicated by speaking engagements and/or publications.
- Ability to manage multiple projects of different scale and duration.
- Ability to train and participate in the professional development of Huron staff in both project‑management and technical dimensions.




- Willingness to travel up to 50 % as needed to work with client or other internal project teams.
- Bilingual: French and English.
- Canadian work authorization is required.

Salary and Compensation

The estimated base salary range for this role is CAD $165,000 – $225,000, with total estimated compensation including incentive chance ranging from CAD $206,250 to $303,750. The position is eligible for Huron’s annual incentive compensation program and benefit plans.
