- Own and drive the product vision, roadmap, and priorities for the Rating Team, aligned to business goals and customer outcomes
- Translate complex rating, underwriting, regulatory, and operational requirements into a clear product backlog and delivery plan
- Partner with engineering and business stakeholders to deliver rating enhancements, production stability, and modernization initiatives
- Lead Discovery and Framing and Inception sessions with stakeholders across underwriting, actuarial, regulatory compliance, sales, business architecture, and technology
- Define and evolve product strategy, balancing strategic investments, operational needs, regulatory commitments, and technical debt
- Ensure rating solutions support speed-to-market while maintaining accuracy, consistency, compliance, and maintainability
- Define and track meaningful success metrics to measure customer value, business impact, operational performance, and delivery outcomes (KPIs)
