EY is seeking a Manager to join our Digital Risk team, which is part of our Risk Consulting service line. As a Manager, you will play a pivotal role in assisting our clients to identify, assess, and manage IT risks and controls associated with their business operations. You will lead a team of professionals in delivering high-quality risk advisory services, focusing on Governance, Risk & Compliance (GRC), Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP), IT security assessments, cloud adoption risk, emerging technologies risk, and risk management and knowledge of Internal Controls.

This role requires a deep understanding of the digital landscape, emerging technologies, and regulatory requirements to provide strategic insights and solutions that protect and add value to our clients. Manage and deliver projects related to IT security, GRC, IT governance, Controls and risk assessments, Cloud Adoption Risk, and Emerging Technology Risk, ensuring adherence to EY methodologies and professional standards. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate digital risk management into broader risk and compliance programs.

Consult with leadership team and provide subject matter advice on digital risk management strategies, security and control frameworks, and best practices. Contribute, as required, to business development activities, including proposal writing, client presentations, and networking.



Stay abreast of emerging digital risks, technologies, and industry trends to provide forward-thinking advice to clients.

A minimum of 6-8 years of experience in risk management, IT security, Controls, cloud adoption risk, emerging technology risk or a related field with at least 2 years in a leadership role. Bachelor’s Degree (or higher) in Information Technology, Business Administration or Accounting & Finance. Professional accounting / audit designation(s) (e.g.

Strong skills in project management and engagement closure Strong understanding of IT security frameworks, regulations, and industry best practices Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.
