Reporting to the AVP of Recruiting & Strategic Growth, you will guide a team of Recruitment Consultants, drive targets, and ensure efficient conversion across the funnel. You will coach, partner with Strategy and Select, expand pipelines into new markets, and use data to optimize performance.
