You will report to the VP of Partner Programs & Experience, focusing on enhancing partner satisfaction and managing the commercial deal support infrastructure. This leadership role requires strategic thinking and a deep understanding of partner dynamics. Key Responsibilities:

- Own the end-to-end partner lifecycle from recruitment to retention
- Optimize the partner portal for self-service capabilities




- Design governance and processes for deal registration frameworks
- Manage Lead-to-Cash processes to streamline transactions
- Lead the Project Management Office for complex deals Requirements:
- 10+ years in partner experience or commercial operations
- Proven leadership in deal support functions
- Hands-on experience with partner relationship management
- Ability to manage multi-functional teams effectively
- Strong knowledge of deal registration processes Lead partner interactions and drive operational excellence in commercial functions at Equinix.
