TVO is seeking a Director, Total Rewards and HRIS to lead compensation, advantages, pension, payroll, HRIS, and HR administration. You will ensure efficiency, accuracy, compliance and continuous improvement across TVO’s people initiatives.

Reporting to the Vice President, People & Culture, you will guide a team and drive data-driven decisions aligned with union and non-union contexts, while fostering collaboration with IT and governance partners.
