Are you an experienced dispatcher who knows how to find the right loads, negotiate rates, keep drivers moving, and keep customers happy ?

We’re looking for a Flatbed Dispatch Coordinator who understands the transportation industry and can hit the ground running.

If you’re highly proficient with Loadlink , understand flatbed operations, and thrive in a fast-paced environment, this could be the opportunity you’ve been looking for.

What You’ll Be Doing

- Plan, book, and coordinate flatbed and LTL loads

- Source and negotiate loads using Loadlink

- Keep Professional Drivers moving with explicit and timely instructions

- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and brokers

- Handle service concerns and find practical solutions quickly

- Coordinate equipment and maintenance needs with Operations

- Balance multiple loads, drivers, and priorities throughout the day

- Promote and support a strong safety-first culture





What We’re Looking For

- 3–5+ years of transportation/dispatch experience preferred

- Advanced proficiency with Loadlink is required

- Strong knowledge of flatbed transportation and LTL loads

- Excellent negotiation and communication skills

- Strong understanding of rates, lanes, and load planning

- Highly organized with excellent time-management skills

- Able to work independently and make decisions under pressure

- Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office

- Fluent in Punjabi and English
