Your role will include setting up devices, assisting with user access, and troubleshooting a variety of IT issues. You will also support both corporate and operational IT services, contributing to the efficiency and success of our team's technology usage. Key Responsibilities:

- Assist with desktop and mobile device support
- Set up PCs, printers, and mobile device configurations
- Support users at multiple locations as needed
- Manage ticketing through HelpDesk Plus or ServiceNow
- Participate in disaster recovery testing and compliance

Requirements:

- Education in Information Systems or equivalent
- 3-5 years of relevant IT experience
- Strong problem-solving abilities
- Excellent organizational skills and documentation
- Valid driver’s license for occasional site visits
