- Develop frameworks for donor recognition and engagement
- Coordinate comprehensive donor relations programs




- Oversee and coach a skilled donor relations team
- Align activities with Faculty and University strategic plans
- Communicate with Faculty Development Leads regularly

Requirements:

- Bachelor’s degree plus five years of related experience
- Experience in managing high-performance teams
- Solid background in donor-focused event management
- Excellent organizational and multitasking capabilities
- Bilingual capabilities in English and French
