We are seeking a Paver Operator or Screedman to join our team in the Okanagan, supporting civil projects across the region.

As a Paver Operator, you’ll play a key role by operating paving machines, ensuring the quality and smoothness of asphalt surfaces.



You’ll work hands-on with a skilled crew in the field, ensuring precision, safety, and efficiency every step of the way. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys working outdoors, tackling big challenges, and being part of projects that shape communities.

Collaborate with site supervisors and crews to meet production goals. Operate paving machines, ensuring the quality and smoothness of asphalt surfaces. Work collaboratively with the paving crew to complete projects efficiently and safely.

Minimum of 2 years of paving experience. Ability to work in various weather conditions and adapt to changing project demands. This position is based in Kelowna, BC, local candidates are preferred. Union hourly rate: $34.00–$41.00 per hour. Training and career development opportunities. All employees are expected to work in compliance with company safety policies and WorkSafeBC regulations, wear appropriate PPE, and participate in toolbox talks and safety training, where applicable.
