To keep our fleet operating efficiently across the city, we’re looking for Fleet Operators to join our on-the-ground operations team. If you're hands-on, reliable, and enjoy working independently in a fast-paced environment, this is a great opportunity to be part of the future of urban mobility.

Your Role

As a Fleet Operator, you’ll be out in the field managing our scooters across Fredericton. You’ll play a key role in keeping the fleet charged, properly parked, and available in high-demand areas to ensure a smooth rider experience.

Responsibilities

- Use the MoVe mobile app to locate scooters, swap batteries, and rebalance units across the city
- Drive a company vehicle to transport batteries and move scooters as needed
- Monitor fleet condition and report any damage or maintenance issues
- Reposition scooters to high-demand zones based on real-time needs
- Ensure scooters are parked safely and in compliance with city guidelines
- Respond to instructions and live updates from the operations team
- Assist with basic troubleshooting and minor adjustments in the field
- Represent MoVe professionally when interacting with the public

What We're Looking For

- Valid Class 5 driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Minimum 3 years of driving experience
- Comfortable driving a pickup truck or similar vehicle




- Ability to lift and handle a 60 lb scooter safely
- Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions
- Solid problem-solving skills and ability to work independently
- Good communication skills and a team-oriented mindset
- Tech-savvy and comfortable using mobile apps to complete tasks
- Reliable, punctual, and self-motivated
- Flexible availability including days, nights, weekends, and holidays

Schedule & Compensation

- Day shift: 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM at $19/hour
- Night shift: 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM at $20/hour
- 4 days on, 4 days off rotation
- Potentially Part Time Thursday, Friday, Saturday: 7:00PM to 3:00 AM

Nice to Have (Not Required)

- Familiarity with Fredericton streets and layout
- Experience in delivery, logistics, or field operations
- Basic mechanical knowledge
