ComPsych is looking for licensed behavioral health clinicians to join its Employee Assistance Program (EAP) Provider Network.

This role focuses on offering effective short-term counseling for a variety of behavioral health needs. Providers will perform intake assessments and clinical evaluations while addressing issues like stress, anxiety, and relationship challenges. Key Responsibilities:

- Deliver ethical EAP counseling services
- Conduct clinical assessments and guidance
- Assist clients with work-life balance issues
- Keep timely clinical documentation
- Follow ComPsych’s care coordination processes Requirements:
- Master’s degree in behavioral health or related field
- At least 3 years of post-master’s experience
- Current professional accreditation
