Duties

- Develop and implement age-appropriate lesson plans that promote cognitive, social, emotional, and physical development.
- Foster a warm and welcoming classroom atmosphere that encourages children to explore, ask questions, and express themselves confidently.
- Support children with diverse needs by adapting activities and providing personalized care and attention.
- Supervise daily activities, ensuring safety protocols are followed at all times within the classroom and play areas.
- Collaborate with families to share progress updates, address concerns, and build strong partnerships that support each child's growth.
- Maintain accurate records of children's developmental milestones,



attendance, and behavioral observations.
- Engage in ongoing professional development to stay current with early childhood education best practices and regulations.

Skills

- Proven experience working with children in educational or caregiving settings.
- Strong classroom management skills combined with a caring and nurturing approach.
- Ability to effectively communicate with young children, parents, and team members.
- Experience working with individuals with disabilities or special needs is highly valued.
- Knowledge of early childhood education principles, curriculum development, and age-specific activities.
- Demonstrated ability to create inclusive environments that respect diverse backgrounds and abilities.
