- Engage with the BC Early Learning Framework daily
- Build meaningful relationships with all children
- Supervise children using diverse positive guidance techniques
- Support children’s health and safety practices
- Document and report suspected incidents or concerns Requirements:
- Valid Early Childhood Educator certification in BC
- Current Emergency Child Care First Aid certification
- Excellent spoken and written English communication skills
- Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
