As Education

Manager, you will coordinate programs, advocate for students, and foster collaborations. This permanent position emphasizes individualized career planning, ensuring students' needs and cultural identities are prioritized within educational systems. Collaborate with families, school staff, and community partners to create a nurturing environment. Key Responsibilities:

- Build respectful relationships with students, families, and partners
- Advocate for student rights and cultural integration
- Support individualized education and career planning
- Maintain accurate and confidential student records
- Coordinate K-12 and post-secondary programming Requirements:
- Post-secondary education in Education or related field preferred
- Minimum two years of relevant experience
- Understanding of Indigenous community contexts
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite Elevate educational pathways and contribute to the success of Tsleil-Waututh Nation's learners.
