We are seeking experienced educators to join a two-week professional development program in Nanjing, China, focused on inclusive education and special education practices.(Oct 2-Nov 6, 2026).
Our program has successfully trained and benefited over 3500 English teachers from elementary, middle, and high schools across various cities in Jiangsu Province.

Job Responsibilities
- Deliver interactive teacher training workshops on English teaching strategies, curriculum development, and classroom management
- Demonstrate best practices in student-centered learning, inquiry-based instruction, and differentiated teaching
- Mentor local English teachers,
providing constructive feedback and hands-on classroom guidance
- Adapt teaching materials to align with local educational needs while introducing innovative teaching approaches
- Engage in discussions on cross-cultural education and facilitate knowledge exchange between Chinese and North American educators
- Support local teachers in improving their listening, speaking, reading, and writing skills through immersive training sessions
- Collaborate with fellow trainers and local education administrators to ensure a high-quality learning experience
Qualifications
- Native speaker
- K-12 teaching experience of at least two years, teaching licence and high school teaching experience preferred
- Bachelor’s degree in education, literature, or a related field (preferred)
- ESL certification (TESOL/TEFL) is a plus
- Strong classroom management and lesson planning skills
- Excellent communication and intercultural skills
- Experience in teacher training or mentoring is an advantage
Program Details
- Dates: Oct 2-Nov 6, 2026
- Location: Nanjing, Jiangsu, China
- Commitment: 2 weeks, approximately 30 hours per week, including lesson delivery, discussions, and interactive training sessions.
