They understand manufacturing processes and equipment integration on locomotive or transport vehicles. They understand how to develop an electrical document in a manner that simplifies the mechanical design process, and manufacturing process.
The ability to provide schematic markups and how-to wire lists is linked with schematics. Understanding of proper séparation between diffèrent catégorie of câbles.
2. Experienced engineer with cable harness development, including harness routings and component selection. They should have knowledge of different types of connectors or how to find connectors, how to properly assemble connectors, properly shield connectors, etc.
Understand of schematic/wire list and how they pertain to harness development. Develop documentation for harness assembly and have the ability to provide support to manufacturing on harnesses.
3. Experienced engineers with components, should have the knowledge or ability to quickly find different circuit breakers, relays, terminal boards, etc. They have an understanding of how to select components based on customer specifications and mounting or installations. Understand equipment installation on the vehicles, taking into account requirements.
