Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Electrician role based in Montreal, QC. The Electrician will install, maintain, and repair electrical systems and equipment for industrial, commercial, and residential projects, ensuring compliance with safety codes and standards. Daily tasks include performing diagnostics and troubleshooting electrical issues, conducting inspections and preventative maintenance, and completing upgrades or modifications to existing systems.

The role involves reading and interpreting technical drawings and schematics, collaborating with other team members and contractors, and documenting work performed and materials used.



The Electrician will also interact with clients in a professional manner, providing clear explanations of work, safety considerations, and recommended solutions.

Qualifications

- Strong foundational knowledge of electricity and electrical engineering principles applicable to industrial, commercial, and residential environments.
- Hands-on experience in electrical work, including installation of wiring, panels, fixtures, and control systems.
- Proficiency in maintenance & repair of electrical systems, including routine inspections and preventative maintenance tasks.
- Advanced troubleshooting skills to diagnose and resolve electrical faults, performance issues, and safety hazards.
- Valid electrician license or certification applicable to Quebec, with familiarity with local electrical codes and regulations.
- Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics, technical drawings, and manufacturer documentation.
- Commitment to safety best practices, use of appropriate personal protective equipment, and adherence to company safety policies.
- Good communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to work independently and manage time effectively on multiple projects.
- Physical ability to perform on-site work, including standing, climbing, lifting, and working in diverse environments.
- Experience with industrial or commercial electrical projects is an asset; fluency in English is required and
