Requirements - New Jersey Instructional Certificate, Certificate of Eligibility, or Certificate of Eligibility with Advanced Standing - Early Childhood Education P-3 or - Elementary Education K-6 - Knowledge/experience with NJ Student Learning Standards - Ability to work collaboratively with other grade level teachers - Willingness to differentiate instruction and utilize technology to enhance student learning (particularly in mathematics and language arts literacy) - Knowledge of state assessment expectations and test specifications (where applicable) - Experience with Charlotte Danielson's Framework for Teaching (a plus) - Bilingual (a plus) Effective 2026- 2027 School Year Salary - As per salary guide based on experience and earned degree level - Minimum $67,958 - maximum $99,181 Benefits - In addition to the base salary, eligible employees receive a comprehensive benefits package: including medical/vision, prescription and dental insurance, and paid time off.
