Adventurous Fitness Professionals and Performance Athletes... WE WANT YOU! OrangeTheory® Fitness (“OTF”), a growing concept in Winnipeg and is looking for personable and dynamic fitness professionals at its Sage Creek locations.
Experience Required
Your experience could be in teaching group fitness, boot camps, coaching or personal training. The ability to coach a group in a dynamic and inspirational manner is a key component of this position.
Must have certifications in personal training or group training (e.g. ACE, MFC, CanFit, ISSA others may be acceptable) or university education in Kinesiology or Exercise Science. A minimum of two years’ group and/or personal training credentials is an asset but not a requirement.

Each of the positions will involve 12-15 hours a week of group training in a very dynamic, fast paced, well equipped fitness studio. You’ll take our members through the Orangetheory Workout,
helping everyone to stay committed, keeping them in the right zone, and coaching them through the different stages of the workout. You are able to demonstrate and correct exercise form and provide options for injury.
Our growth is fast paced and now is the time to get in on the ground floor and become a part of the hottest growing fitness concept franchise. Income potential of the Fitness Coach is $25-$55 per session, depending on class size. AVERAGE CLASS IS $45 PER CLASS
