- Build strategic relationships with employers and unions
- Facilitate guest speaker and job fair partnerships




- Conduct one-on-one meetings for career counseling
- Offer continuous coaching for program graduates
- Develop customized training paths with industry partners Requirements:
- Bachelor of Social Work or equivalent experience
- 1-2 years in social work or employment services
