A Precisely MDM Enable Enterworks Developer Lead typically has a role that involves leading the development and implementation of Master Data Management (MDM) solutions using Precisely's EnterWorks platform. Here are some key responsibilities and qualifications for this position:

Responsibilities:

- Lead Development Efforts: Oversee the design, development, and deployment of EnterWorks MDM solutions.

- Technical Leadership: Provide technical guidance and mentorship to the development team.

- Solution Design: Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to design MDM solutions that meet business requirements.

- Integration: Ensure seamless integration of EnterWorks with other enterprise systems and data sources.

- Customization: Customize EnterWorks to meet specific business needs, including developing custom code and using EnterWorks APIs.

- Data Management: Manage master data domains such as product, customer, vendor, and location data.

- Quality Assurance: Implement best practices for data quality, data governance, and data integrity.

- Project Management:



Manage project timelines, deliverables, and resources to ensure successful project completion.

- Lead from the Front: Liasining team and being the face of Altimetrik team and connecting with India team.

- Stakeholder mgmt and Thought leadership: Oversee the project health and report to the stakeholders on regular basis and make sure risk mitigation planned. Being the thought leader and bringing in the people centric approach to business problem is essential for this role.

Qualifications:

Experience: Extensive experience in MDM and EnterWorks platform.

Technical Skills: Proficiency in programming languages and tools relevant to EnterWorks (e.g., Java, SQL, APIs).

Leadership: Robust leadership and team management skills.

Problem-Solving: Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.

Communication: Strong communication and collaboration skills to work with cross-functional teams.

Education: A degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
