This position requires expertise in field inspections, quality assurance, and performance monitoring to ensure operational excellence. Collaborate closely with contractors and technical teams to manage projects effectively and improve mining initiatives. Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct field inspections for safety and progress
- Monitor performance indicators and recommend improvements
- Manage underground development contractor activities
- Communicate project priorities and deficiencies effectively
- Lead or support critical underground initiatives Requirements:
- Degree in Mining Engineering or related field
- Eligibility to register with EGBC (P.Eng or EIT)
- Experience in underground rapid development techniques
- Proven project management background
