Reporting to the Senior Lead, Workplace, you will play a key role in ensuring compliance and managing environmental programs.
Your responsibilities include overseeing field compliance monitoring and collaborating with contractors and regulators. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail are critical for multitasking and managing various scopes within a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities:
- Adhere to health and safety programs and policies
- Execute regulatory compliance and environmental program activities
- Manage ongoing environmental programs such as Biomonitoring
- Supervise field-based compliance teams and seasonal staff
- Facilitate communication with site Safety and Operations teams Requirements:
- Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Environmental Science or related field
- Minimum three to five years of experience in compliance and environmental management
- Proficient in GIS and environmental data reporting
- Strong project management and analytical skills
