- Review title searches and insurance policies
- Prepare legal documents for real estate transactions
- Assist in drafting correspondence related to acquisitions
- Collaborate with legal staff and regulatory officials
- Support contract preparation and post-closing activities
Requirements:
- Associate’s degree in Paralegal Studies or JD
- Two years of paralegal experience in legal settings
- Strong analytical and written communication skills
- Ability to work independently and in teams
- Valid Current Jersey driver’s license required if needed
