This individual will serve as the primary point of contact and overall owner for a portfolio of estates, overseeing the processes, initiatives, and stakeholder relationships that support the estate environment. Acting as the central coordinator across multiple workstreams, they will ensure alignment between business priorities, operational requirements, and strategic objectives.
Key responsibilities include
- Managing and overseeing multiple estate-related processes and initiatives.
- Serving as the go-to resource for all matters impacting the estate portfolio.
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with stakeholders across business and technology teams.
- Coordinating with cross-functional partners to drive execution and resolve dependencies.
- Designing, documenting, and optimizing processes to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
- Developing executive-level presentations, roadmaps, status updates, and strategic communications.
- Identifying opportunities for continuous improvement and driving initiatives that enhance operational performance.
- Tracking deliverables, risks, and milestones to ensure successful execution of estate priorities.
- Supporting strategic planning efforts and translating business objectives into actionable plans.
