Kalon Beauty & Glow is seeking a skilled and client-focused Esthetician to join our team in St. John’s, Newfoundland and Labrador.

The successful candidate will provide professional esthetic and beauty services while delivering excellent customer service in a busy spa environment. We are looking for someone who is dependable, detail-oriented, organized and comfortable working both independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities The Esthetician will be responsible for duties including:

- Provide esthetic and beauty treatments to clients
- Perform manicures and pedicures
- Apply and remove artificial nails and nail enhancements, including gel and acrylic nail extensions
- Clean, trim and polish nails
- Perform eyebrow tinting
- Apply makeup to clients
- Provide professional customer service and beauty/product information
- Schedule and confirm client appointments
- Perform cashiering duties
- Maintain and build clientele
- Maintain appropriate sanitation, cleanliness and skilled standards within the work area
- Provide Customer Service
- Make Custom Designs for clients
- Fine Line Tattooing with established sanitation, infection-prevention
- Brow Lamination & Brow Mapping
- E-file/ hardware manicure/ pedicure

Credentials: Esthetician Certification & Bloodborne Pathogens Training

Qualifications / Work Experience

Education

- College/CEGEP in esthetics/aesthetics, skin care or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- Professional Education or Training in tattooing / fine - line tattooing required.

Experience:
- 2 years to less than 3 years of experience working as an esthetician and in beauty services,



including manicure/ pedicure and tattoo artistry.
