Duties
- Provide a variety of skincare treatments including facials, body waxing, and other esthetic services with precision and care
- Perform professional nail care services such as manicures, pedicures, gel nails, and nail enhancements to meet client preferences
- Maintain strict sanitation protocols to ensure a safe and hygienic environment for clients and staff
- Engage with clients through effective communication to understand their needs and recommend suitable treatments or retail products
- Upsell skincare products, nail polishes, and retail items to enhance client satisfaction and support business growth
- Deliver excellent customer service by creating a friendly,
relaxing atmosphere that encourages repeat visits
- Assist in retail sales efforts by educating clients on product perks and current promotions
Qualifications
- Valid state license as an Esthetician or Nail Technician with current certification in body waxing and nail care procedures
- Proven experience in performing skincare treatments, waxing, and nail services with attention to detail
- Robust communication skills to connect effectively with diverse clients and team members
- Knowledge of sanitation standards and best practices within the beauty industry
- Ability to upsell retail products confidently while prioritizing client needs
- Passion for delivering outstanding customer service in a lively, energetic environment
- Retail sales experience is a plus but not required; enthusiasm for promoting products is essential
