Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated evening dishwasher to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and sanitation of all kitchenware, dishes, and utensils in a rapid-paced restaurant environment. This role is essential in supporting our culinary operations and ensuring a hygienic and efficient kitchen. Prior experience in food service or hospitality is a plus, but we welcome motivated individuals eager to learn.

Schedule:

Tuesday to Saturday - 6pm to 10pm

Duties

- Wash, rinse, and sanitize dishes, pots, pans, utensils, and kitchen equipment following health and safety standards
- Maintain cleanliness of dishwashing stations and surrounding areas throughout the shift
- Assist with basic food preparation tasks as needed, including organizing supplies and ingredients
- Support the kitchen team during busy periods by handling food handling duties and ensuring smooth workflow




- Ensure proper disposal of waste and recycling materials in accordance with facility policies
- Follow all safety protocols related to food handling and sanitation procedures

Requirements

- Previous experience in cleaning, food service, or restaurant environment is preferred but not mandatory
- Knowledge of kitchen operations, food preparation, or hospitality industry is a plus
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced setting while maintaining attention to detail
- Strong teamwork skills with a positive attitude toward supporting kitchen staff
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift moderate loads (up to 25 pounds) as needed
- Commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness and food safety standards

Pay: $18.25 per hour
