Excite Magazine — established in 2010 during the Vancouver Olympics and relaunched this year as a seasonal luxury lifestyle publication. Best-of-the-city picks across dining, nightlife, wellness and experiences. Distributed in custom racks across 800+ partner venues and growing.

Excite Key — a private concierge membership. Members are Keyholders. Each one gets a direct line to a personal concierge who arranges anything they ask: priority reservations, event seats, chauffeurs, yachts, private aviation, tickets, full itineraries. We don't own these services. We know everyone who does.

The loop: the magazine builds our partner network and brings in members. Our partners — leading restaurants, spas, nightlife venues, promoters, chauffeur, yacht and aviation companies, ticket brokers — host our magazines and extend us access and perks. We route our Keyholders to them. Everybody wins.

We are 800+ venues deep in Vancouver. We expand into other major cities in 2027.

The goal is to build the new standard of living: a personal concierge in your pocket with the connections to make anything happen.

WHAT WE LOOK FOR IN EVERYONE

Energy first. It is the one thing we cannot teach. You speak well and articulate yourself clearly, in person, on the phone and in writing. You dress sharp — you represent a luxury brand every time you walk into a room. You are persistent and consistent. You show up every day ready to tackle a new mission and you bring your best to the team.

We are an early-stage company moving fast. Nobody here waits to be told twice.

1. FIELD REPRESENTATIVE — MAGAZINE DISTRIBUTION

You are the face of Excite across the city. You run a routed list of venues, install our racks, restock magazines, leave our cards and speak with management. You confirm the drop, log it and move. You are not a courier. You are the first impression our partners get of this brand, and you come back with intel on who wants more, who wants in and who wants to talk.





You need: a reliable vehicle, a clean driver's licence and insurance, a phone you know how to use, and the presence to walk into a five-star hotel lobby or a luxury dealership and be taken seriously. Organized, fast in and out, no wasted trips.

Pay: $22/hour plus $1 for every magazine restock completed. Sharp reps hit 8–15 restocks an hour, which puts real earnings between $30 and $37/hour. Your performance sets your rate.

2. SALES REPRESENTATIVE — PARTNERSHIPS & ADVERTISING

You sell into our partner network across three tiers: network partnership, magazine advertising, and influencer content packages. The rate cards are set — every category is priced and packaged for you, so there is nothing to negotiate and nothing to invent. You work from a dedicated Excite email address and phone number.

Every conversation has a landing spot. If they aren't ready to advertise, they join the network. If they're already in the book, there's content. Often it's all three. Your job is to find which one fits and close it on the call.

The hard part isn't the yes — it's getting the conversation. You will be screened by gatekeepers, ignored, told to email back and try again next quarter. This role is built for people with the courage to keep dialing anyway. Once you're actually talking to a decision-maker, we've made it very difficult to walk away with nothing.

The product works. We relaunched this year, we're in 800+ venues, and our membership routes real customers through our partners' doors. You are not asking anyone to gamble on an unknown.

You need: a phone voice that carries authority, clean written English, and the discipline to follow up seven times when most people stop at two. Sales experience helps.



Persistence and a quick read on what someone actually wants matter more.

Pay: competitive hourly base plus high commission on every package closed. Uncapped.

3. CONCIERGE — EXCITE KEY

You are the person our Keyholders call. Seats at a sold-out event. A table at a fully booked restaurant. A chauffeur in twenty minutes. The itinerary for the perfect birthday. Whatever they ask, you get it done — and they never see the work behind it.

You will learn our partner network cold: who to recommend, who to call, what strings to pull. You will learn each member personally — their preferences, their taste, their pain points — and you will anticipate what they want before they ask. Members are treated like royalty. Every single time.

You need: high energy, genuine warmth and impeccable manners. You are calculated and intelligent under pressure — when a plan falls through at 9pm on a Saturday, you already have the second and third option. You know Vancouver's hospitality scene or you are hungry to learn it fast. Hotel concierge, front-of-house, maître d', luxury retail and events backgrounds all translate.

Pay: $22–$40/hour depending on experience, with clear progression as we scale the team each season.

Attach your resume after that. Applications without the video or voice note are not reviewed. Shortlisted candidates go through a working interview: field reps ride a route, sales reps make live calls with us, concierges handle real member scenarios. We pay for that time.
