Experienced Barista The Sharp Music Cafe

At The Sharp Music Cafe, brunch, coffee, and live music come together to create a warm and memorable experience for every guest.

We are looking for an experienced, dependable, and service-minded Barista to join our team. This role is a great fit for someone who takes pride in making quality drinks, works efficiently during busy service, and can confidently manage the bar while maintaining consistency and attention to detail.

What You’ll Do

- Prepare espresso-based drinks, coffee, tea, and other beverages with consistency and care
- Create clean, well-presented drinks, including basic latte art
- Follow drink recipes, portioning, and presentation standards
- Take orders accurately and enter them correctly into the POS system
- Keep the bar, equipment, and service areas clean, organized, and fully stocked
- Work closely with the front-of-house and kitchen team to keep service smooth and effective




- Support guests with menu questions and provide friendly, professional service

What We’re Looking For

- Previous barista experience required, preferably in a busy cafe or restaurant setting
- Confident preparing espresso-based drinks with consistent quality
- Comfortable with basic latte art
- Able to work efficiently and independently behind the bar
- Robust communication and teamwork skills
- Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented
- Weekend and holiday availability required
