We need a , professional, and friendly Server to join our team.

We are seeking a highly experienced server with a minimum of 5 years of restaurant serving experience who is fluent in both Spanish and English. The ideal candidate will have excellent customer-service skills, a strong knowledge of restaurant operations, and the ability to provide an exceptional dining experience in a busy restaurant environment.

Position: Experienced Server

Employment Type: Full-Time / Part-Time

Responsibilities

- Provide friendly, professional, and attentive service to all guests
- Greet customers, explain menu items, and make recommendations
- Take accurate food and beverage orders
- Communicate orders clearly with kitchen and bar staff
- Ensure food and beverages are delivered promptly and correctly
- Check on guests throughout their dining experience
- Handle customer questions, requests, and concerns professionally
- Process payments and handle cash and debit/credit transactions accurately
- Maintain clean and organized tables and service areas
- Assist with opening and closing duties
- Follow all restaurant policies and food-safety standards
- Work effectively with kitchen and front-of-house team members during busy service periods
- Promote menu items, specials, and restaurant offerings when appropriate





Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of professional restaurant serving experience – required
- Fluent in Spanish and English – required
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong knowledge of restaurant service and etiquette
- Professional, friendly, and positive attitude
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced restaurant environment
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and remain calm during busy periods
- Reliable and punctual
- Smart Serve certification is an asset
- Previous experience in a Mexican restaurant or knowledge of Mexican cuisine is an asset
