Simaril is a Winnipeg-based non-profit organization seeking a Facilities & Maintenance Supervisor to manage our facilities and maintenance across locations. You will build strong facilities processes, coordinate maintenance needs, and oversee inspections and regulatory requirements to ensure safe, reliable spaces. You will supervise building systems (HVAC, electrical, plumbing), manage vendors, track maintenance history, and support current site projects.
