Reporting to the Manager Claims Auto Field, the Field Claim Specialist Auto ensures we deliver on our promise to help restore our customers after they had a loss in a fast, fair and efficient manner.

You will create damage repair estimates virtually through photos and/or video and negotiate supplements with repair facilities. Reviewing damage photos & claim file loss details to validate damages are loss related Ensure the delivery of individual results within appropriate metrics, including quality, quantity timeliness, productivity and customer satisfaction Provide on the job training and feedback for team members as requested by manager Recommend and implement changes and or enhancements to claim policies, Best Practices,



procedures and continuous improvement Ensure compliance with overall ACG, and regulatory, legal and ethical policies and requirements, including but not limited to Sarbanes Oxley, Privacy, Security and governance, to ensure adequate mitigation of risks Attend industry seminars relative to automotive repair Provide ongoing technical advice and guidance to Claim Assistants and Claim Advisors Make claim decisions that fall within the scope of the Claims Best Practice and within personal authority level Technical Diploma or equivalent training in auto body repair Minimum 1-3 years auto damage estimating experience Robust customer service skills Knowledge of Guidewire ClaimCenter, the auto policy and auto repair procedures Proficient keyboard skills and computer literacy Auto Body Repair, Automotive Body Repair, Automotive Repair, Communication, Customer Experience Management, Negotiation, Reporting, Time Management
